Before You Write — The Three We Get Most

"When does my order ship?"

Shipping and the drawing are two separate pipelines — your order goes out on the normal schedule no matter where we are in the drop window. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

"How do I know I'm entered?"

If you placed an order during an open drop window, you're in. There's no code to enter and no form to fill out. Your order confirmation is your receipt. See How The Drop Works, or enter free without a purchase.

"Can I change or cancel my order?"

Once it's placed it's already moving, so no — including sizes and colors. Wait for delivery and start a return under our Refund Policy. Wrong shipping address? Email us immediately and we'll try.

Watch Out For Fakes

Giveaway brands get impersonated constantly. Protect yourself:

  • We will never ask you to pay a fee, tax, or shipping charge to claim a prize.
  • We will never DM you from a second or backup account saying you won.
  • Winners are contacted by the independent sweepstakes administrator by email and phone — and verified — before any public announcement.
  • If someone claims you won and asks for money or card details, it's a scam. Screenshot it and email us.
