One separate prosthetic support award for each Filthy Co. motorcycle giveaway.

Filthy Co. is accepting applications from adults with limb loss for Prosthetic Support Round 1. One eligible applicant will be selected at random to receive up to $5,000 toward a prosthetic device and related fitting services.

This application is separate from our motorcycle giveaway. You do not need to buy Filthy Co. merchandise, enter the motorcycle giveaway, or make a donation to apply. None of those actions improves your chance of being selected.

To apply, complete the free form below. Limit one application per person for this round. If selected, you will be contacted privately to confirm eligibility and coordinate with a qualified prosthetics provider. Filthy Co. will pay approved provider charges directly, up to $5,000. The award is not cash and may not cover the full cost of a device.
