Official Rules — Filthy Co. Drop Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law. This promotion (the “Sweepstakes”) is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Harley-Davidson® or with TikTok or Instagram. Harley-Davidson and Lowrider are trademarks of their respective owner and are used here only to describe the prize vehicle.
1. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who hold a valid, unexpired driver's license issued within the United States. A copy of that license will be required as part of winner verification (see Section 10). Employees, officers, and directors of Filthy Co. Apparel Company, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.
2. Sponsor
Filthy Co. Apparel Company (“Sponsor”).
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on 09/22/2026 at 12:00pm Pacific and ends on 10/20/2026 at 12:00am Pacific (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor's database clock is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received or postmarked, as applicable, within the Promotion Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter — By Purchase
During the Promotion Period, make a qualifying purchase of any product at xfilthyco.com. Each one dollar ($1.00) of the pre-tax, pre-shipping, post-discount purchase price equals one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, automatically credited to the purchaser's order email at checkout. There is no limit to the number of entries an individual may receive through purchase during the Promotion Period. A purchase does not guarantee winning and does not improve the odds of winning relative to a free entry of equal quantity — see “Entry Multiplier — Free Mail-In,” below.
5. How to Enter — Free, By Mail (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print the following information legibly on a plain 3″ x 5″ index card: full name, complete street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, ZIP code, date of birth, email address, and daytime phone number. On the back of the card, in twenty-five (25) words or fewer, complete the following statement: “I want to win the Filthy Co. Harley-Davidson Lowrider ST giveaway because …”
Place the completed card in a plain #10 envelope with proper postage and mail it to:

Limit one (1) entry per envelope, per person, per outer envelope postmark. Entries with multiple cards in one envelope will count as a single entry, and any entrant found submitting multiple envelopes in a single batch or via mechanical, automated, or third-party bulk means will have all associated entries voided. Handwritten entries only — mechanically reproduced, copied, or computer-generated entries are void. Each free mail-in entry has the exact same odds of winning as one purchase-based entry. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due mail.
6. Entry Multiplier — Free Mail-In
An entrant who wishes to receive the free-entry equivalent of multiple purchase entries without purchasing may do so by mailing a separate, individually addressed #10 envelope for each additional block of entries requested, with the outer envelope clearly marked “ENTRY MULTIPLIER.” Each such envelope must contain one hand-printed 3″ x 5″ card prepared exactly as described in Section 5 above and will be credited as one (1) additional free entry. There is no limit to the number of Entry Multiplier envelopes an eligible entrant may submit during the Promotion Period, provided each is mailed and postmarked separately and individually — envelopes containing more than one card, or entries that appear batch-mailed, bulk-metered, or third-party-fulfilled, will be disqualified in their entirety.
7. Invalid Entries
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry or entrant it believes, in good faith, has violated these Official Rules, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in fraud, illegal activity, or unsportsmanlike conduct. Incomplete, illegible, forged, mutilated, mechanically reproduced, or misdirected entries are void. Sponsor's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the winner are final and binding in all respects.
8. Prize
| Grand Prize | One (1) 2023 Harley-Davidson® Lowrider® ST motorcycle. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): [$32,000] and $5,000.00 USD CASH. Vehicle is awarded with clean, transferable title in the winner's legal name. Delivery method (dealer pickup, transport, or equivalent) and any related documentation, registration, insurance, and delivery costs beyond the ARV are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated at the time of award. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion, in which case Sponsor may award a cash prize of equal or greater value. |
| Community Give-Back | Regardless of the Sweepstakes outcome, Sponsor will fund one (1) prosthetic limb (up to $5,000.00) for an amputee in need sponsored directly from Filthy Co. for every completed drop. This give-back is a standing Sponsor commitment tied to the drop, not a prize awarded to an entrant, and does not affect any entrant's odds of winning the Grand Prize or Runner-Up Prize. |
Total ARV of all prizes is approximately [$42,000]. Only one (1) Grand Prize and one (1) Prosthetic Limb will be awarded across the entire Promotion Period.
9. Winner Selection & Odds
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner and one (1) prosthetic limb will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries (purchase and free, combined and weighted equally) received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted live and broadcast on Filthy Co.'s official TikTok and Instagram accounts on or about 12/20/2026, so entrants can watch the selection happen in real time. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Because the winning name or entry is drawn and announced live on camera, the individual selected at that time is a potential winner only, pending the eligibility verification described in Section 10 — Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify a live-drawn entrant who fails that verification and to redraw a replacement, either live in a follow-up broadcast or off-camera.
10. Winner Verification, Notification & Taxes
Because the winner is announced live before Sponsor has had the opportunity to confirm eligibility, verification happens after the live drawing rather than before the announcement. Within five (5) business days of the live drawing, Sponsor will contact the potential winner by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at entry. The potential winner must, within forty-eight (48) hours of that first contact attempt, provide proof of age and identity in the form of a valid, unexpired U.S. driver's license, and must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release. Only after this post-drawing verification is complete will the win be confirmed as final and the prize released; until then, the live-announced result remains provisional. Failure to respond, verify, sign, and return these items within the required time, or failure to meet any eligibility requirement (including the valid U.S. driver's license requirement in Section 1), will result in disqualification of that entrant and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining pool of eligible entries, which Sponsor may also conduct live. Sponsor will never ask a winner to pay a fee, tax, or shipping cost up front to claim a prize; any message demanding payment to release a prize is fraudulent and should be reported to Sponsor immediately. All federal, state, and local taxes, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically stated herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the ARV of the prize(s) awarded.
11. Release & Publicity
By entering, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, city/state, image, and likeness — including footage from the live TikTok/Instagram drawing — for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, or these Official Rules, if fraud, technical failure (including a failed or interrupted live broadcast), or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the courts located in Riverside County, California.
These rules are an expanded working draft and remain subject to change pending review by licensed sweepstakes counsel and completion of any required state registrations and bonding.
