Filthy Co. | Prosthetic Support Application

For each Filthy Co. motorcycle giveaway, we fund one separate prosthetic support award of up to $5,000. Adults with limb loss can apply directly through our free Prosthetic Support form. One eligible applicant is selected at random for each round, then works with a qualified prosthetics provider to determine appropriate care. Buying our gear or entering the motorcycle giveaway is not required to apply.

How It Works — replace the prosthetic recipient answer

An adult with limb loss applies through the separate, free Prosthetic Support form. After applications close, one eligible applicant is selected at random for that round, subject to verification. Filthy Co. pays up to $5,000 in approved prosthetic device and fitting charges directly to a qualified provider. Motorcycle giveaway entries do not count as prosthetic applications.
